This Privacy Policy describes how Ardio Labs LLC ("Ardio," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website, ardiolabs.com (the "Site"). The Site is an informational, pre-launch website: we do not currently sell products, provide medical services, or operate patient accounts through it.
The Site does not use advertising pixels, third-party marketing trackers, or analytics that build individual profiles.
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the Site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Ardio is being built around a simple rule: health information is never shared with advertising platforms. When our services launch, any collection of health information will be governed by an updated privacy policy and, where applicable, HIPAA-covered arrangements with licensed healthcare providers, and that rule will not change.
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Site (such as hosting and email infrastructure), when required by law, or to protect our rights. We do not share personal information with advertisers.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and maintain business records. Technical logs are retained per our infrastructure providers' standard settings.
