Frequently asked questions

When is Ardio launching?

We're targeting late 2026. We're finalizing clinical and pharmacy partnerships now, and will open access state by state as those partnerships go live.

Who actually prescribes and provides the medical care?

Ardio does not practice medicine. Every prescription decision is made by an independent, licensed healthcare provider through a certified telehealth platform, consistent with each state's telemedicine regulations.

Where do prescriptions get filled?

By FDA-registered pharmacy partners, shipped directly to you. We don't handle or ship medication ourselves.

Which states will Ardio serve?

Coverage depends on our telehealth and pharmacy partners' state licensing, which we're finalizing now. We'll publish a full state list before launch.

How does billing and cancellation work?

Pricing is shown before you commit to anything. Subscriptions, where offered, will be manageable online, so you can pause or cancel anytime without a phone call.

What happens to my health information?

It is never shared with advertising platforms. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling policy, which will be updated to reflect HIPAA-covered arrangements once clinical services launch.

Is this the same as buying research chemicals or unapproved peptides online?

No. Ardio will only offer treatment through licensed prescribers and regulated pharmacies. We do not and will not sell unapproved, direct-to-consumer research-use-only products.

How can I reach Ardio?

For partnerships or press: [email protected]. For everything else: [email protected].

Telehealth prescribing in the United States is governed at the state level; pharmacy fulfillment partners we work with are registered with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. For background on how telehealth prescribing and pharmacy regulation work:
